Senaraikan. &#8211; Senarai tiga ke lima paling kurang penyelesaian yang mungkin kita dapat lakukan. Tulis sahaja dulu apa yang terfikir.<\/li>\n<li>Buat keputusan apa yang perlu dilakukan &#8211; Selepas melihat senarai penyelesaian masalah yang dibuat, cuba bayangkan\u00a0 kita mencuba setiap situasi tersebut. Kemudian, pilih yang mana anda rasa paling perlu.<\/li>\n<li>Laksanakan keputusan dengan serta merta &#8211; Setelah memilih penyelesaian mana yang ingin dilakukan, buat terus. Jangan teragak-agak. Dan jangan lupa berdoa moga ia membantu menyelesaikan masalah kita sekaligus meringankan beban emosi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pesanan Ibnu Qayyim agar kita kuat dan berusaha melawan ketakutan yang kadang-kadang menyesakkan jiwa dan raga; &#8220;Tidak ada sesuatu yang paling disukai oleh syaitan melainkan melihat seorang Mukmin yang berhati murung.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>4 cara berani dalam hadapi masalah ini merupakan ikhtiar kita dalam menyelesaikan kemelut yang mengganggu keharmonian diri, mental dan emosi.
